I do some occasional work with a couple companies that use knowb4 and most technical people I come across just create email rules to filter out knowb4 phishing tests based off of header data and let the trainings run in the background so I dont really see a lot of benefit personally. I'm also just have never been a fan of Mitnick, I think his greatest 'hack' was convincing people he was relevant. Between that, disagreements with how they train security, and the recent news about hiring the hacker from North Korea, it just isn't a service I would depend on. More on reddit.com

C-level buy in, they need to understand insurers won't pay out for employees not completing training. Use the tool to schedule and track with tests, simple as that. I send a list with the users not completing their work to all those users and to their managers. That gets most, the remaining are hrs problem. I send lots of comms its coming and keep it short and to the point. I make the tool do all the work, even send the notification. We use o365 attack simulator cuz it's free and cover the Microsoft plugin. More on reddit.com
