What do you think? Will the Seestar S50 pro be released as early as 2027? (Source in the comments). The source code recently surfaced. Here is the information that can be gleaned from the text: It shows the S50, S30, S30 pro and S50 pro (!) with data type, width, height, focus length, pixel size, and whether stacking, focus and RAW format are "possible". So, you could say that the Seestar S50 Pro has a normal and a wide-field mode. The pixel size and focus length remain are the same but the width and height are bigger. This means that the S50 Pro has a higher resolution than the S50.

About to jump into astrophotography and have decided on the S50 over the Dwarf 3.
Is Seestar set to release any new hardware over the next couple months that will cause buyer's remorse?
