Best Money Transfer Service for USA to PHP?
Practical way to send money from US to Philippines
How to transfer money to Philippines from US?
Which money transfer service do you use?
Hey everyone. I live in the U.S and have been sending money back home to the Philippines for the last few years. I was wondering what service everybody else uses to send money home.
Personally, I have used multiple different services including Western Union, Wise, & Remitly, but over the last few months I found and have started using a company called Pomelo. I really like using Pomelo to send money back to the Philippines because I can send instantly to my families bank account or GCash wallet and they have no transfer fees ever. I noticed without the transfer fees my family always gets more than from the other services. Also, I am able to send money on credit (or debit) with no fees, so I can pay off the amount I send at the end of the month like a credit card. It has been nice in situations where I have needed to send but didn't want to spend most of my checking account so I can wait for my next paycheck to pay it off. I really like Pomelo and think it is very unique compared to the other companies I was using before. I was curious to see what other people here use and why?
Thank you and happy new year!
I am looking for the best way to send money from US to Philippines. In Western Union they charged for about $20 per transaction, and I do multiple transactions each month. Do you have any suggestions where there's minimal fees and good exchange rate? I have heard of Wise, Remitly, Pomelo Credit Card, Sendwave, I don't know what should I use. Thank you
