In September 2025, the unemployment rate among youth attending school was 17.1%, up 3.1 percentage points from the same month in 2024. In comparison, the unemployment rate among youth not attending school was 11.9% in September, virtually unchanged from 12 months earlier (not seasonally adjusted).
