A year and a half ago (or so), I started watching tv series with my teenage son. I really enjoy spending this time with him and having shows to talk about together. But after watching several different series, we are at a point where we don’t know what to watch next. We have already watched Cobra Kai (and yes, part of the last season drops soon but that won’t take long to watch), Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Stranger Things, and Fallout (on Prime). I tried to get him to watch Locke and Key and Travelers, but he didn’t enjoy either.
Can anyone please give me some suggestions? We have access to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. Thanks!!!!

Hi! I'm looking for recommendations of good interesting shows (preferrably on Netflix) for a 12 year old boy? He has been asking me to let him watch Squid Game, which of course I won't. But I want to suggest him other things to watch instead.
But when I google I get dozens of girly suggestions like romantic teen soap operas, or shows for "teens" over 16. I have googled for 45min and found nothing 🙄 Help?

a superhero show thats not the boys or marvel or DC(i know pretty wierd but i want superheros i probably dont know about)
Something i can watch with my sibings and parents(they watch basically anything as long as it has no nudity and a lot of swearing)
Id prefer Live Action as i already have watched a lot of animated stuff
Edit Thanks for all the suggestions. The staying up worked out fine. She chose to watch Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2. Id despair for her taste. But I remember mine being pretty terrible at that age too.
This is a bit of an odd one. My niece is having a medical test which requires her to be kept awake for 24hrs before. As the family night owl I have agreed to help. I'm looking for age appropriate series which end in cliff hangers and compel you to watch on, where she'll fight sleep to find out what happens next.
She has some developmental delays and she is very soft and romantic. She wouldn't enjoy anything too scary, nor would she enjoy things that are too smart Alec. She loves Disney Princesses and Ladybug & Cat Noir. In a couple of years she is going to discover Hallmark movies and that will 100% be her jam. A mystery series might work but only if not too scary.
Between my family members we can probably scare up access to any streamer so please feel free to recommend anything from Apple, Disney+ etc.
