To my surprise, the attached image keeps appearing, saying that the connection limit has been reached. How is that possible? I purchased a license for 100 users, and I can only use two at a time?
Note: I am Brazilian.

Yea, been a Standard business user for 3 years as well and i just started seeing the same thing upon my renewal. What that means is that someone is currently using an Anydesk session and by default, you are only allowed 1 concurrent connection. If you were to use an additional Anydesk session, that would make 2 and you would have to purchase another a 2 concurrent session license. I have no idea of the cost...trying to figure it out now. But this is a bunch of BS

I don't know how AnyDesk determines the time you can use the free version, but from what my friends and I have observed, it appears you get about 30-40 minutes. However, there are instances when it stops working after just 10 minutes, which is very frustrating. I've contacted their customer service several times about this issue, but they continue to claim there are no restrictions... So, I started searching for a completely free alternative that functions similarly to AnyDesk and switched to HelpWire. It's quick and simple to set up. However, I do wish it offered an iPhone app.
