Hi. What are your favourite most comfy dining chairs? I will ofc go test them myself, I just want to have as much data as possible. If you're somebody who sits in a dining chair for multiple hours, especially if you have mobility issues, please give me your honesty opinions. Thank you all so much!
We're board/TTRPG gamers who like to host dinner parties, so we spend a lot of time sitting around our dining table, and we're finding that although our IKEA chairs seem sturdy, they are not easy on the body. I'm hoping this community can help me find replacements.
For material they need to be leather or microsuede, no fabric, because we have (asshole) cats. They must also be upholstered and have good give in the cushions. Preferably with steel frames that flex, so there is a bit of bounciness to the chair. (I'd love lumbar support too, but I realize that is probably not happening.)
I found one so far that fits the criteria, but seriously, $1000 for one chair? I am willing to spend the money to get quality, but $10K for all my guests to sit down is not feasible for me.
Any suggestions?
