This little vacuum makes a lot of noise! It's as loud as my full-sized upright but has a higher pitch that hurts my ears. I wear ear plugs when I use this stick vac, especially when I'm vacuuming stairs and the motor is up close to my face.

Probably because this is Amazon. I went directly through Shark and got everything, including the True Pet Package for a very good price. It was at Presidents Day time so they were offering an extra 20% off. Got it all for less than here.
