March 6, 2022 - I just got off the phone with Shark customer service and was able to show on live video what was happening the filter and cover just shoot out of the vacuum it's kind of funny but they said the f plasti filter cover wasn't covered under the 5 year warranty but offered to discount the $12 cover to $6.
