Old man man here, apologies if this was put up somewheres here before.

I went and got the Shark vacuum awhile back, had one before that I used and ran till the poor thing got old and confused, it would only go in circles and would get lost and couldn't find it's dock...where I'm headed hah! But loved it makin life easier so got one again. Now I'm wonderin if it was on sale for a reason and kickin myself for not lookin for parts sooner. Just kept forgetting to do it.

Anyways, the Model number on the thing for sure says AV2501AXUS but I went on the shark website to get some replacement parts and website says it can't find that model or that model doesn't exist. But it sure does. Pictures included, ink ow it isn't my old eyes reading it wrong hah apologies for the poor picture, I got a cane now and havent mastered one handed pictures quite yet.

I don't tend to call customer service as I'm an ex scottsman and still have a heavy accent, which is true, I go back often enough, and grew up speakin Scotts so my English wasn't the best at first. It's gotten easier to be understood in person over the years but on the phone, it's something else, I'm still apparently very hard to understand.

Would anyone happen to know what parts would fit my model?
