I’ve just received my 5th order. Never had an issue with anything, items are always what I expected although I’d suggest reading the reviews first. Shipping is fine, there’s a few options and I usually get express shipping. I want to say it took about a week to arrive.

I've been lucky 95% of the time. The reviews and customer photos help A LOT. Sizing can vary a lot so check the measurements before you order. I've purchased some really great, unique things from there, especially colder weather items like capes and coats, and accessories. Since it is fast fashion quality, I'm extra careful with cleaning. I always wash on delicate or hand wash, and hang dry the more delicate items. Good luck and don't forget to search for coupon codes before ordering!
