Give ship.amazon.com a try and see if your regular login works . It’s the portal for amazon logistics if you ship with them but I never tried a tracking number from and fba order. I’ll do it later if I remember More on reddit.com

Amazon tracking seems pretty much useless when Amazon is the delivery sevice

yeah it really sucks but not much we can do right now due to the pandemic, even all my other orders from Newegg, eBay, and BestBuy are doing the exact same thing and its super frustrating because at least give us a late date instead of it being completely wrong More on reddit.com

I've now received two emails from "shipment-tracking@amazon" for an order that I placed. The entire email is an image/link, that's the red flag. DON'T CLICK ANYTHING!

Instead, log into your Amazon account and check your orders. Get into a chat with a representative if needed. You can also report this by forwarding to Amazon's Stop Spoofing Team. I'll post that URL in the comments.
