Hi everyone,
I’m based in Canada and run a small e-commerce site. I use Shippo to create my shipping labels, and overall I love the service. The only issue I’ve had since I started using it is the way the labels are formatted after purchased, each one comes with a set of instructions on the other half of the page.
If I printed them as-is it would be a huge waste of sticker paper, so my workaround has been to screenshot the labels and then print my screenshots. It works, but it’s pretty tedious, especially when I have a lot of orders to ship.
Is there a setting in Shippo that would let me remove the instructions half of the page so I can print two labels per page directly from the document Shippo gives me? I’ve looked through the settings but haven’t been able to find anything.
Thank you to anyone who can help
I have a ton of international orders to send out… I’ve needed to manually enter the “Customs Item” information every single time and I’m losing my mind. I’ve looked through the platform and don’t see any way to set a “default” Customs Item to automatically populate those fields… I asked AI and it keeps telling me that there is a way to do it through the Settings, each time I ask, it tells me a different place to look, and the fields are in none of these sections. Not in Address, not in Billing, not anywhere that I can find. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THIS!?? Please help!!!
