What are you guys think? Another subReddit I see a lot of people using pirateship. I personally don’t have a problem with ShipStation but if one is cheaper than the other than I would like to stay with them. Gauging the room here.
I’ve tried all three so far and find the prices tend to be slightly higher on PirateShip than the other two. Shippo customer service seems to be severely lacking. ShipStation is great besides being paid and the UI is also a bit more complex. What do you guys prefer to use and why?

Ebay shipping discount vs shipstation, pirateship, etc
Getting back into e-commerce via new eBay seller account and wanted to know if ship station and the like were worth the extra money, cheapest service to ship through etc or just stick with shipping through eBay
Any advice is appreciated!

Hi everyone! I just started running an online shop mainly through Instagram, and wanted to get some advice on which shipping service to use! I'm currently leaning toward Ship Station but would love to see if there's anything about Pirate Ship that people love!
I sell upcycled and thrifted clothes! Inventory isn't too big, and it's more of a part-time side hustle right now!
pirateship.com
shipstation.com
Update: I ended up going with PirateShip because it's so much easier to use, ShipStation would be great for those with a lot of inventory to manage
Hi,
I'm currently using PirateShip.com for shipping, been using them for 4 years. I'm happy with the service, happy wirth the price but I recently signed up to Triple Whale to get deeper analytics. Currently my shipping is not added to the platform as it doesn't integrate PirateShip. It integrates ShipStation and ShipBob.
I do all my own manufacturing, storage, picking, packing and shipping. Should I move away from PirateShip to one of these shipping companies that integrates with Shopify and Triple Whale?
Has anyone else migrated away from Pirate Ship to something else and found the grass is greener?
I'm in the U.S. and plan to sell primarily in the U.S., though I may get some international orders. I want to sell low weight, small items (possibly under 1 pound and in a bubble mailer but it will depend on the quantity ordered).
I've come across two great shipping softwares...Pirate Ship and Shippingeasy. I'm wondering if I can use both with Shopify or if that will be too confusing? Seems like Pirate Ship is the best for international orders but some people say Shippingeast can be better for domestic orders - not sure how true that is though? TIA!
Hi everyone! I currently run an online shop mainly based through Instagram, but thought this would be a good place to get some advice -- What are people's experiences with pirateship.com and shipstation.com??
I'm currently looking into both and definitely want to choose one that I'll stick with!
Backstory, most of my items I sell are “sets” that due to size and weight ship in multiple boxes typically 2-4 boxes. Then if the order contains any other items, additional boxes for those items.
Currently using Pirate Ship. I tried a free trial of ShipStation because you can split shipments and do multi package shipments. This is perfect for me so I can quickly and on one page set up several packages, and better yet, have them all tracked under a parent tracking number. Unfortunately it seems that whenever you do a multi package shipment, the rates go up. I can do multiple single package shipments for $13.40 per box, for example, in the example order I’m looking at, however for a multi package shipment the rate went to $20.82 per box. That’s a lot of money to pay for connivence, and other than that ShipStation gives me no big advantages over Pirate Ship.
So what other services do you guys recommend that can help me streamline my shipping. I’m looking for something that can let me purchase multiple labels for one order all at once and then send a single automated email with either one parent tracking number or all tracking numbers in a single email. And not hike up the rates when doing a multi package shipment.
I'm working on a childrens sewing business and I'm hung up on shipping. I have a Shopify account and I'm wondering the best way to go about shipping. I'm looking for affordability and convenience.
Pirateship is a no-brainer if you’re in the US. Free service and really friendly staff.

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if Shipstation pays for itself by offering lower shipping prices? I use Sellbrite right now, which will connect to most channels, but when you print the label, it generally comes from eBay, Etsy or Amazon etc. I am wondering if Shipstation offers even lower rates than lose companies?
If they don't have the lowest rates, then who does? Thanks a ton for any responses.
I need to ship an expensive package.
Does anyone of any experience with Shippo and PirateShip?
Which is more reliable?
Thank You
We're using shipstation, but their integration with Etsy does not support cancelled orders, Etsy autocancels scam orders but they still remain on shipstation, so we're looking elsewhere. We do 500+ orders/mo with UPS and USPS. Any suggestions, or shipstation workarounds are appreciated! No experience with Pirateship yet
I have been doing some searching for lower rates- I see that a lot of sellers here use Pirate Ship. A few here and there use Paypal Shipping labels.
Foe both: How reliable is it compared to major companies like UPS, Fed Ex, and the USPS post office when it comes to shipping labels, customer service, rates, and other things? Has anyone dealt with a package getting lost and going through their support to locate it or be reimbursted?
Pirate Ship Questions: Does Pirate Ship they have media mail labels available like Paypal does? I didn't see it anywhere but may have been clicking in the wrong areas when I was checking. What might be some problems that you've run into when using Pirate Ship?
Paypal Shipping Questions: Do you need invoices made and payments accepted to create labels? What are their rates like compared to USPS? (For anyone who's used either)- Rates compared to Pirate Ship?
I am curious because I once tried Endicia, only I signed up for it and never bothered to use it because the platform felt overwhelming for me. They saved my card even after I deleted it from my account, charged me almost $20 that I had to dispute with Paypal after I got an email from Endicia support saying I'd be getting a check in the mail because I "didn't ship anything within the last few months," and another that stated they can only give refunds at the end of billing periods, which would ONLY have been a $17.99 refund (???). So I want to make sure I have reliable information and questions answered before I try to use either of these. I'd just mainly like to know the questions above listed for both and any other pros/cons that could be added as useful tips when using either of them. Thanks in advance!
Which one is better? Ive just started selling on ebay and want to hear opinions on which one is better to use in terms of pricing, reliability, and customerservice.
So a lot of small business owners use pirate ship. I was wondering how much lower negotiated rates can be in comparison to pirateship and what kind of volume would you need for the difference to be significant.
Alternatively when should one start considering a 3pl? How much volume do you need? How does the amount of variety of products you have factor in? How many dollars should you be netting per item before working with a 3pl?
