Couple questions! Just got this card and not having much luck with logging in.
Does the CITI mobile app not work to track this card? You have to go to the shop your way website to track the balance, correct?
I logged into the shop your way rewards app on the phone but it doesn’t seem to be linked to my new card, it just keeps saying apply for a card today and I can’t find a way to link it through the app?
Thanks! I know these are general questions and I didn’t get much out of googling it, number 1 made it seem like there isn’t an app for the balance when I googled but just wanted to double check here! I’ve only ever had a student discover card and Amazon prime card!

Yes, you can only track your balance via the website. There is no app for this card. You need to email shop your way customer support with the membership number of your credit card account and the membership number of your SYW account. Ask for both of them to be merged into one account. Within 48 hours, the customer service rep should fix your problem and properly link your card to your SYW account.

The SYW is issued by Citi Retail Services; not Citi itself. It has its own, separate log in portal. You will not be able to see balances from Citi's website or App. The SYW portal/app is simply to review the balance of rewards accumulated on the card. For actual card balance information, you need to log in into the Citi Retail Services portal. It usually takes a couple of days for both Citi Retail Services and SYW to communicate with eachother. Give it some time, and both portals should be automatically linked.
