I use it and I'm also a one-person store. It serves my needs pretty nicely. I downloaded the iphone app for it and I can see and respond to customer chats when I'm at my desk or out and about, which is very nice. As to features, it lets you quickly select and post a product link, an info page and it has a few auto-responses (that you set up in advance), all of which are really all I need. As of the last big update it also has an AI auto-responder. It's surprisingly good. It doesn't give you many tools like CRMs would but is actually pretty good as a basic live chat. Customers' familiarity with it is quite high too which always helps.
