Hey there! This has happened a lot of times before, so don't worry, you got this. Your son is not allowed to be the account owner of a Shopify store, since he is not 18. If the store is indeed deactivated, then no harm, no foul. Have him log into the account with the email address he used and show you that he does not have any 'Active' stores listed. The store you paid the subscription for should appear in the 'Inactive' tab after the initial login into his Shopify account. An inactive store can be reactivated with the previous information for up to two years, however it would probably be best to do the entire setup process together. If you do want to reopen the store, then have him transfer the ownership to you immediately. He can be a staff member with full permissions, but you will need to be the account owner.
