If your ThinkPad has a Synaptics ultranav, you can use tpmiddle.exe. https://www.wiesinger.com/opensource/TPMiddle/V0.7/Release/ Save it somewhere and put a shortcut to it in the Start Menu startup folder. It's default to CTRL+Space on physical keyboard to switch languages, which is blocked in some applications, like Google Docs, Notion, for example. It means that for some applications, I can switch languages from English <-> Thai using CTRL+Space on physical keyboard with no problem. But, somehow, in the said applications, press CTRL+Space did nothing at all. How should I solve this problem ? Can I change those combination keys ?

Go to Settings > System > Languages & input > Physical keyboard, tap Lenovo Keyboard Pack for Tab P11 Pro(2nd Gen) > Setup keyboard layouts to modify the default keyboard layout. Sorry this is an old thread, but I just installed Win 10 on two T430 machines and ran in to this problem. I did the following and now I have middle-click functionality back: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2158515036-987303324-3988316896-1001\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTPEnh\UltraNavPS2 TrackPointMode from 1214 -> 2214 But I also had to change HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2158515036-987303324-3988316896 1001\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\StickSMBTM2182 MiddleButtonAction from 0 -> 4 I rebooted and it works fine. Note that you may your registry entries may not be exactly like this. Search for "TrackPointMode" in the registry and that should get you to right place for the first registry entry. From there you can find the second registry entry.
