November 4, 2024My daughter needed a sideboard, so I made her one.
Lovely work! Very nicely executed and I think shaker is a great style for these cabinets as it is pretty timeless. Don’t know if you care as you’re not marketing or selling this, but that is technically a “hutch” or “china cabinet”. Sideboards are specifically low cabinets, same with a credenza or buffet cabinet. Basically once the tall display cabinets get added on, it goes from a sideboard to a hutch. Hope I’m not coming off as pedantic, just thought you might be interested to know. More on reddit.com
