My 12 year old son needs a new mattress. His biggest complaint is his current mattress is “too hard” and it wasn’t a super firm mattress.
Does the gel help not make it ridiculously hot? I’m not expecting it to be cold but as long as it’s not stupid warm.

Ok i noticed this will go on sale the this week and i am wondering if anyone here have experience with it. I been sleeping on a airbed the past few month and it is not that good. The secondary pump keep failling so i have to exchange it at costco for a few times already. I am considering getting this.

I am relocating so price and availability are tops on my list and went into a local Costco and saw the Simmons 8” memory foam mattresses in a box that would actually fit in my car, and a really affordable price. Will I be getting what I pay for and dumping $240 on something I’d never want to use, or are they pretty good? I’m considering this for the guest bedroom and tossing my current guest mattress rather than move it after all my stuff arrives.
Has anyone bought a mattress from Costco recently? If so how do you like it? We are looking at getting one but I am worried about them being too soft or too hot.
We bought the Simmons 8" memory foam full-sized mattress last month for our kid. He loves it. I laid on it a couple times when we first set it up, and it sort of reminds me of our Tempurpedic.
Perfectly happy with it.
Costco also sells the original casper mattress for half the price, which is a really great deal.
Looking to purchase the full size Simmons memory foam mattress for our toddler daughter in the coming weeks/months.
The price, of course, has raised considerably. When do mattresses typically go on sale at Costco?

Has anyone here had any experience with the simmons BIAB? I was looking for a new mattress when I ran across the skins 10inch hybrid medium mattress and it looks pretty enticing? I have a cheap mattress from big lots and it is now sagging where I sleep and is super uncomfortable! For reference I am 6'4" about 185lbs and share a bed with my 5'5" girlfriend who is about 130lbs. I was originally looking at the regular helix or the brooklyn bedding signature but haven't been able to pull the trigger on the price. Thanks all!
I’m worried that fiberglass might be all over my house because I unzipped the cover because the amount of discomfort and the smell of the cover. I was trying to find the source. Please tell me 😭
Wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the sides of the mattress being uneven? Mine has been out of the box for several days now and the two sides are clearly not the same thickness. Not so much an issue when I'm in the middle but if I roll over to the side it feels like sleeping on a ramp. I plan to return it, and I'd like to get a replacement but not if this is a common issue.
