January 29, 2018 - Should I move to Simplii, Neo or EQ? I cant believe how bad this bank has become. I’ve been with them since the ING direct days (orange key anyone?) and honestly i was the one telling everyone to switch. When Scotia bought them I thought it would go downhill but i stuck it out.

I can't pay any bills now because all my old saved bill accounts are gone and I can't add them back without an error. this is honestly a inexcusable error. my bills aren't time sensitive but for someone who's are this could be life ruining. I'm at the point where this app and the online web page has failed me enough that I think I will be looking for a different bank to bank with.
