I’m a young-millennial teacher and just left the high school I was working at. My 10th grade students made me a card where they said their farewells and what not. One student wrote the above phrase, and initially I thought it was just a string of nonsense, but the internet has led me to believe that some of these words have meaning.
Is this some coded Gen Z message?
I honestly just want to know why Gen A kids use "skibidi" and "gyatt." Is it to make fun of people outside the generation who don't understand the slang? Is it just fun to say to each other? Is it a way to fit in and show that you're up to date on cultural trends?

I’ve seen plenty memes about these slangs and I’ve always thought that they were merely exaggerations. But recently I’ve heard people say that the gen alpha generation actuallly say stuff like that (although they dont give any examples). And I live in a non english-speaking country so I don’t know if kids really say those slangs.
