Leon's does this too but for free. I got a better deal at sleep country though. Felt a lot more comfortable trying out a foam mattress and I think I'm gonna keep it. I bought an organic latex mattress at Fawcett Mattress. Salesperson said it doesn't take long to get used to the squeaky noise and firmness. It cost $1200+. Well after sleeping on it forward 2 weeks, my back was in horrible shape with sores on some hip pressure points. They refuse returns but made me come back to the store to pick up a test topper to improve the comfort level. They were still going to charge me a few hundred dollars. I returned the topper as it wasn't any more comfortable. $1200 wasted and the drain. They didn't even offer a replacement bed!
Has anyone bought a mattress or topper from Sleepn Country? If so do they offer a 100% with a refund?
At my wits end here as I haven't slept in months due to the wrong type of mattress for my needs..

I’m looking at temper pedics and am pretty noob with negotiations with salesmen unfornately.
I went to a couple locations, one offeee 15 percent discount and another said they can get a deal from left over stock from a “home show”.
I don’t know if I’m getting a great deal or swindled.
Sleep country is only store that sells tempur pedics breeze line up as I want the best cooling . Coming from, a 2015 casper.
Any tips on negotiating and best time of year to buy a tempur pedic?

Sure. 1st. Know what you want. Know that these products are price protected, which means they can't advertise a lower price. They could discount it if needed. How are you going to pay for it. Financing costs the company money, 5yr can cost 5 to 8 percent of the sale price. Ask to save the financing charges if you pay other than financing. 2 you can ask for the Sales Manager, let them know your not a secret shopper, your not the mattress police. And your ready to purchase. But here is my price. If you can meet it then you have a sale. List everything you want. Delivery and removal. 3 If you want an adjustable base than buy the other brand label bases with the mattress your want. You do not have to buy Tempur-pedic adjustable bases with the Tempur-pedic mattress. Funny thing is that they tell you that you do have to. WRONG. YOU can buy any adj base. Funnier, that do not exchange adjustable bases they exchange the mattress only if you are not happy. Adjustable bases are a final sale. Tempur-pedic bases are refined compared to others, but the health benefits are the same for all bases. Pss.. I would shoot for no tax as a discount. Only buy them when they are on sale. Like now, 4th of July sale. You also get $300 in accessories for free, per mattress. Split king is 2 mattress.

We’re looking to buy an adjustable bed and are trying to decide between a Leva Ascent base and the Tempur-pedic Ergo Smart 2.0 from Sleep Country. We don’t care about the app support for the Ergo, the mattresses for both are almost identical and the prices are really close because Sleep Country price matches. We definitely want the lumbar support, as well as the usual adjustable head a foot support. Leva is a new-to-me brand, and online research so far hasn’t provided a whole lot of insight. Any advice?

I have experience (Queen Elite 750), mostly good - bed was shipped quick enough, but it didn't come with headboard brackets. So they wanted extra $ for those, then I waited 8 weeks for them and they never showed up so after emails back and forth ended up cancelling and getting cheaper ones of of Amazon that work great. As far as the 'lumbar' support goes, I don't use it much, I would have probably been fine without it. Warranty seems good at 25 years, but you'll only know how good they back it up if/when you need to use it....so the jury's out on that one for the time being. Good luck in your research - I was the same, not much out there.

DO NOT order from them. I ordered an IN STOCK item in November and was promised delivery by Christmas, as I needed it for a visting family member. I had to chase them down 5 times on the phone as they would constantly not call me back. Once I finally got through to someone they scheduled a delivery for right before christmas, only to bait and switch me and try to offer me a lower tier model than the one I ordered less than 24 hours before delivery. At this point, it's now January, I'm getting no contact back from any of their customer service, and I'm still waiting on my item. Visiting person at Christmas ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor since my frame didn't deliver in the time they promised. Thank GOD I didn't also order a mattress from them too! They can't live up to any of their promises, and they still have the item I have yet to recieve listed as IN STOCK on their website.
