I really relate to your post and I hope I can help. Is there sufficient space to rotate the bed 90 degrees so that the head of the bed is on the wall under the shelf, and move the wardrobe to where the lamp/poster currently are? Position it so that the drawers would open towards the bed. Would you then be able to open the drawers under your bed? The bed looks heavy, but if you can find a way to lift it safely you could put easier to manage types of storage under it, like those bins with a scoop shape cut out of one side so that you can see or reach in, and hopefully the air circulation will prevent must and mold. What is behind the dining room table, and is it accessible? Some general ideas- Try a hanging soft, squishable laundry basket on the door knob or hanging from the hook on the back of the door if there is sufficient space. Soft so that it won’t be a big deal if it hits the table. Label your infrequently used storage or set a calendar reminder at the start of every season to check storage under the bed. This automation of infrequent tasks helps me immensely. I personally never realized how much I had on-going anxiety over forgetting about/managing such minutia until I started calendaring it all as I thought of it. Lastly, maybe my oh-no-everything-needs attention-at-once approach will be useful for you, too. I can get really overwhelmed and I think that is why I felt so extra compelled to throw my two cents in. Start with what needs to go out- bag up trash, put dirty laundry in hamper. Next, what needs to stay? Put away clothes, then stuff. Make little piles by category if it helps. I found that putting away big things (clothes, books, etc) first lets my mind be visually satisfied. I make little category piles as I come across things- a pile of things that go on my desk, toiletries, etc. I do this so I don’t get tired of going to my desk a million times, for example. Do a quick dusting. Always vacuum last. Again, I don’t mean at all to be condescending. What’s in all those drawers? Can you start getting rid of things in them? See if you can downsize your stuff so that one drawer will hold what’s now taking up two.
