Basically what the title says. I have a small collection of action figures that are currently standing on a shelf, and they get dusty pretty quickly. I want a small clear case for them to hopefully repell dust and give them a nicer display, but I see a lot of options and I have no idea what specifically I should be looking for. My largest figure is about 9.2 inches tall, so I need something at least that big. Thanks in advance!

Painters, been painting Warhammer minis for a few years now, and have yet to find the best answer to the age-old problem: storage and display

I have four armies plus some misc stuff from other systems or one-offs. I currently have 2 wooden bookcases/shelves almost maxed out in terms of space that I use to display my minis. They work well enough; they’re about 6ft tall with 5 different levels, pretty typical furniture.

My only gripe is that they are incredibly inefficient for space, where outside of a couple of my tallest models (a Necron Monolith, Morty, Winged Hive Tyrant, etc), there is often like a foot of space above my 2-3 inch tall models. Theoretically if I could insert more shelves, I could double or triple my mini space, so not ideal

What storage solutions have you found that provide multi-level solutions that are fairly wide and deep enough to be practical, while also only being a few inches tall between the levels? I’ve heard of people modifying the IKEA glass display to add levels in between the base ones, and could potentially do some DIY work on my current shelves if I REALLY wanted to. But any hidden gems that aren’t terrible on the wallet? More worried about quantity of units stored without chucking them into an Amazon box

Does not need to be mobile either, although that’s always a plus
