Alright here’s a bit of a challenge/ opportunity for y’all. This is our old farmhouse with a 1950s kitchen that needs to be gutted. I’ve done my best attempt at a layout, but I’m curious what everyone else could come up with. I’ll follow up with my layout for your comments/ critiques, but consider this a blank slate (no restrictions on plumbing etc.)

Some key factors… the primary entrance is from the “side porch”, patio to the south. We’d like to consider the dining area part of the open kitchen. Happy to answer any questions, Thank you folks!
