Hey, all. My wife & I need a new TV for the kitchen where we hook up an Apple TV to. We use it for YouTube recipes and watching our favorite shows during long cooking sessions. I got an Amazon Echo Show at her request but this thing drives me crazy. First and foremost, you cannot get the Spectrum App on it, so no cable TV shows-games, news etc. Also, the speakers seem like they are pointed directly out the back. I’ve never heard speakers so bad. Maybe this is because they want you to use your Alexa devices to stream audio but that makes no sense to me nor do I need three Echo Dots around my kitchen. Another complaint is when I say Alexa, turn off the screen, my Echo in the living room says “Sorry, I don’t know how to help you with that.” So they are competing for requests basically. I got a Pioneer 24” from BestBuy but my wife said she’d like a white TV, not a black one And also, the Pioneer had a huge bump in the rear that I thought was unnecessarily large. Any recommendations?
1080p would be nice.
tldr: Need a small white TV (24” MAX) for kitchen.
Is 24 inches enough for a tv
24 inch smart TV suggestion
Do they make smart tv's under 24"?
Will 1440p looks okay on a 24" rather than a 27"?
in my opinion having owned a ton of monitors.
1080p = 24 inch 1440p = 27 inch 2160p = 32 inch
now that being said a 1060 is going to have a really hard time pushing 144 frames at 1440p ( my 1080 paired with a 8700k cant do it on max settings) you'll be in the 50's in modern games. i would get a 24inch 1080p 144hz monitor i think you would have a better gaming experience.
