Awhile ago I reset my old phone because I was selling it and when I tried to log into snapchat on my new one it wouldn't let me because I couldn't verify the account which is total bullshit because I know the password it's just the email and phone number I no longer have access to.
When I emailed snapchat support and told them my situation and even suggested that I can show them proof I own the account, tell them the password to the account and can tell them the email linked with the account I just cannot log into that email they basically told me to fuck off. It sucks because the account has all my photos and videos from the past 4 years and I want them back!
Has anyone else has the same issue and if so how did they get help and did they ever get the account back?

I’m having the same issue. I know the password, just haven’t had that email in years. I have pictures and videos going back to 2017 and lots are of family members that have died since then. I was trying to find pictures of my uncle and I didn’t realize I’d never be able to access my account again. It’s total bullshit. I know all the information for the account.
