Ignore the fact that they are architects and realise their experience working in large and complex organisations. They’ll have seen a lot and can immediately know when someone is bullshitting/overinflating or being genuinely honest about what they know and what they don’t know. If it does get technical try highlight what platform tools you’ve used, which ones you use the most and which ones are a big challenge for you. They’ll want to know if you’re the admin who will write a monster apex trigger or use a workflow to update a single field. Tell them why they should consider you a safe pair of hands for their org, and not have to worry about parachuting in to fix up sloppy/ill-conceived admin jobs. Oh also highlight how you mediate between what users ask for, what are actual business requirements, and what are the technical limitations you know of, and something you won’t know fully but you’d check out anyways before proceeding!
