If you need a partner to talk to, I would be glad to help. You can also call up Sophos and ask to be assigned to a partner that isn't CDW. I know it's not the best solution to find a partner but I also know they are working on improving that internally. More on reddit.com

July 29, 2017In order to use Sophos as a customer, we need to become a reseller?
In order to PAYG with that product there needs to be an MSP. The alternative is to switch to termed licensing. Use https://partners.sophos.com/english/directory/ to find an MSP partner in the region, make your IT department an MSP, or go termed (you’d still need a Sophos partner for that). More on reddit.com

My Sophos vendor seems to think asking questions about our UTM is too much of a bother. Being that I’m the company’s solo IT resource I can’t be a guru at everything and need help from time to time.
