I've got a lot of clients that are on Sophos, however, I'd really like to be able to manage their antivirus from one console. I've seen it can be done through a partner central console, but have no idea how to set this up. Can anyone provide insight? And yes, I am a Sophos partner.
Scenario - I'm logged into Sophos Central and get logged out (often). I'm prompted with a login dialog. I login with my username and password. MFA token request doesn't come up. Instead I get this:
However, if I start from the partner site or https://central.sophos.com/manage/partner, it works.
Sometimes I'll test this and yesterday I was able to login without first backing out to the partner URL.
This started around the same time as the issue where we would login and were prompted then to login twice and were told to use the partner login URL every time instead of relying on the website to be architected correctly.
Getting logged out often means logging in often and having to navigate back to where you were. Happens in the Central partner Portal and in the training portal (when taking a training, finish the segment you were on only to find you have to login to the partner site, then navigate to training, then navigate to your course, then navigate to the section you want.)
This really does not build a positive experience when we have to login to Sophos's sites a bunch of times every day and navigate back to where we were only because we paused to read a how to article or were researching how to solve a problem.
Is there a good workaround for this?
Upon going to Sophos ID - Login, enter UN, then PW, lands at the 'My Products' page. Then upon clicking Partner Dashboard, I have to go thru the UN/PW and then the 2FA to get to the portal.
Didn't have to do this 2 weeks ago, and not sure why it seems to be looping over again to get to the next page.
