You need an invite code to access Sora 2. Invite codes are often shared by existing users, or in community forums and social channels.
Where is Sora 2 available?
Sora 2 is currently available in the U.S. and Canada via the iOS Sora app and via sora.com. OpenAI plans to expand access to more countries over time.
Is Sora AI (Sora 2) public yet?
Partially. Sora 2 is live for users who receive invites (within supported regions). However, it is not fully open to everyone globally yet. Many regions are still awaiting access.

NO selling codes or requesting anything in exchange for a code (social media follows, etc.). Attempting to sell a code will get you banned.

If you use someone else's code, reply to it to say that you used it.
If you found a code, edit your comment to say you found it and thank the person you got it from.

We have a bot set up to distribute invite codes in the Discord so join if you can't find codes in the comments here. Check the #sora-invite-codes channel.
The Discord has dozens of invite codes available, with more being posted constantly!
Update: Discord is down until Discord unlocks our server. The massive flood of joins caused the server to get locked because Discord thought we were botting lol.

I don't know if this is common knowledge or the way to get access or if I stumbled on it.
This worked for me unexpectedly. It gave me access and it also gave me the standard 6 invite codes you get when you get access. NOTE: I DO NOT HAVE INVITE CODES TO GIVE SO PLEASE NO DM'S.
If outside of US.
VPN for US.
Change your Apple App store to the US store - enter all details required. Get a random US number from an online generator. Make sure post code for address is correct as it will flag it. Use a random US address.
Download Sora 2 app
Login with ChatGPT login - I have Pro so I assume this would be the minimum requirement.
Voila - you have immediate access.
No waiting. for codes and beating 1000 other people to get one.
