I have it, like it. Always liked Spigen cases for my phones. One thing to keep in mind is that there was a comment on a thread re official dock that the Spigen case is too large to fit. I am waiting for my dock to arrive so can’t confirm or deny at this point. Answer from FatTurkey on reddit.com

I’m looking for a case for my 15 pro max that offers decent protection but isn’t too bulky. Has anyone had experience with Spigen’s Ultra Hybrid or Thin Fit cases? I currently have a Dbrands grip case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It's pretty good but quite bulky.

Hi. I’m buying a 16 pro max these days and I want to buy a clear case for it.
I want to know your opinion about it. I prefer the ones with the camera button cover instead of the cut out… I’m between the Apple clear case that is more expensive and doesn’t have the bottom protection (that is my main concern) and the Spigen Ultra Hybrid T MagFit that seems cool, more cheap but I’ve been told that yellows a lot. What is your feedback?
By the way, does they scratch a lot and get smudges easily?
Thanks

February 5, 2025 -

Hi all

Don't suppose anyone could shed any light on a brand called Spigen?

Long story short, I got my S25 Ultra delivered today. This is the first ever flagship phone I've had in my life. I'm usually a mid range or second hand kind of guy - never treated myself until now. Of course I want to protect the phone as best possible but I have absolutely no clue about cases, protectors etc. I've read alot of Reddit posts and a lot of people seem to mention a brand called Spigen. I did a little search online and this case keeps popping up -

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DJ9SYLMJ?asc_campaign=commerce-pra&asc_refurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.businessinsider.com%2F&asc_source=browser&linkCode=gs2&tag=biip_uk_redirect-21&th=1&psc=1

Would anoyone recommend this case? It seems extremely cheap considering how much people talk it up. I was quoted £35.00 just for a standard Samsung silicone case. My main questions. Anyone who has the above case, does it have raised edges or " lips "( I only learnt that word today 😂😂 ) that also protects the screen and camera?

Also, if anyone has any other recommendations that I can order tonight from Prime, I'd greatly appreciate it. My phone has been sat there all day in the box and I can't take it out until I get the case

Thank you all very much in advance

I want to get a more robust and good-looking case for my S23. I've got two options:

  1. Nillkin Frosted Shield Pro: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mOHnVka

  2. Spigen Thin Fit Hard: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mK97Nd4

Which one would you guys choose and why? I've attached a few pics.

So, I’m a clear case person. It seems everyone likes Spigen and is recommending their cases. I have a Spigen Ultra Hybrid clear case right now, though when I compare it to other clear cases, it seems a bit less protective in comparison (mainly thinner). For those that have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear case, can anyone please confirm that they can truly handle an occasional drop?

For reference, I’m very careful with my phone, though if a fall were to happen it would take place on hard wood floors. I know this case has the air pocket technology on the corners and all, but just looking for a little reassurance.

Usually with every iPhone purchase, I bought an original Apple silicone or leather case. After some time I inexorably ended up buying a Spigen case which somehow made me happier than the Apple originals. This year I ended up getting two Spigen cases in Navy Blue and Abyss Green while I waited for a Titanium blue iPhone pro max to arrive. I didn't spend a fortune, I'm satisfied with the colors and they have always protected the phone very well. Then it is clear that each of us has our own tastes and preferences.

r/iphone on Reddit: Is Spigen a high quality case and screen protector combo? Or should you be spending more.

I’m looking for a clear case and to get the best protection without losing the look of the iPhone 14 Pro. And a good quality screen protector.

I was looking at buying the Spigen Ultra Hybrid and the Spigen EZ fit screen protector. I’ve had that same brand’s screen protector on my iPhone 11 for almost 3 years and it’s been great and I’ve used their clear cases too.

Anyone try Casetify?

But is it significantly better to buy the Otterbox symmetry clear or the Mous Clarity and then a FloLab’s screen protector? I’ve been seeing everyone talking about them. I don’t mind spending extra money if it’s worth it, but is it just a marketing ploy with influencers? Opinions?

May 29, 2022 - I'd say Spigen Ultra Hybrid Matte black sides. Its the best one imo. The sides feel nice & premium instead of plasticky and you get to show off the back too. ... Yes. I also have the Ringke Air S in Stone but I just got it today and I've heard from a few on twt that it discolors so I'd hold off giving a review

r/GooglePixel on Reddit: Cases reviewed - Google, Spigen Liquid Air, Mous Super Thin
September 25, 2024 -

In my search for the perfect phone case for my Pixel Pro 9, I've tried three different options: the Google silicone case, the Spigen Liquid Air, and the Mous Super Thin case. Each case has its strengths and weaknesses, and my preferences have shifted as I've used them. Here's a breakdown of each case, focusing on materials, size/bulk, hand feel, and protection.

1. Google Silicone Case

  • Materials: Silicone exterior with a microfiber interior.

  • Size/Bulk: Noticeably bulky, especially on the sides.

  • Hand Feel: Soft and smooth, but the bulk can lead to discomfort during long use.

  • Protection: Offers decent all-around protection.

2. Spigen Liquid Air

  • Materials: Hard plastic with etched grooves.

  • Size/Bulk: Less bulky than the Google case, providing a good balance.

  • Hand Feel: Solid grip due to the textured surface.

  • Protection: Feels sturdy, but the lack of a microfiber lining is a concern (debris caught inside can scratch).

3. Mous Super Thin Case

  • Materials: Polycarbonate with a microfiber interior.

  • Size/Bulk: Extremely thin, adding minimal bulk to the phone.

  • Hand Feel: Comfortable and secure grip.

  • Protection: Offers basic scratch protection, but its thinness raises concerns about drop protection.

Comparison and Conclusion:

All three cases offer a different experience. The Google case prioritizes a soft feel and official branding, but its bulk can be uncomfortable. The Spigen case strikes a balance between size and grip, but its lack of a cloth lining and seems to retain heat (especially during wireless charging). The Mous case excels in minimizing bulk and maintaining a comfortable feel, but its protection level is questionable.

My current favorite is the Mous Super Thin case. Its minimal bulk and comfortable feel make it ideal for everyday use. However, if I were prioritizing drop protection, I might consider the Spigen case despite its drawbacks. The Google case, while comfortable initially, loses its appeal due to its bulk.

I recently got the iPhone 16 Pro in Desert Titanium, and I’m a huge fan of Spigen cases. I’m looking for recommendations on the best Spigen case for this model (not a fan of transparent cases since they tend to yellow over time). Open to similar brands offering solid protection too. Any suggestions?

Here i am yet again asking about cases.. Spigen never let me down so hows experience with the tough armor? Does the phone overheat more in it especially during charging/watching a video? Just asking about this since one guy pointed this out in his review on amazon. Really curious because all of these "high quality" producers like rebel and mous have negative opinions which clain that case didnt protect their phone. The only bad reviews in seeing about spigen is that people sometimes dont receive what they wanted.
