I'll make this as succinct as possible. I'm looking for some help. I have created a Spotify for Creators account and it's asking me to Publish an episode. The problem is that I already have published all episodes via acast. Is there a way to link the podcast to my Creators account?
There's already a fully-fledged podcast on Spotify, but I guess I don't 'own' it?

Are you trying to MOVE your show to Spotify's hosting or just adding the podcast to your account? If the latter, you just need to claim your show.

Hey there! This is an easy fix. Just claim your podcast on Spotify with the login you created. Log in to creators.spotify.com . Hit your avatar/the 3 lines in the top-right corner, then Add a new show. On mobile, you need to tap the arrow at the bottom of the screen to see this option. Select Find an existing show then Somewhere else. Enter your podcast’s RSS feed. I understand this isn't really a distrokid problem but potentially an issue you guys have come across. I'd rather not deal with evasive/non-existent customer support. I have 2 artist profiles. I can log into one no problem on the browser and the app but can't log into the other one. Not giving me any reason as to why naturally. Says "error" also when I try to change my password.

Same here, both my accounts (personal and artist) with different emails just stopped existing, I can't change the passwords etc. I'm unable to log into anything on either desktop or the app, so weird

your region might have changed or account locked for security reasons. not that scary, just email spotify support describing your situation and ask to unlock you account
