Does anyone here have any experience working at Spotify or Dsp's ? Im asking this because I've been trying to see what the experience and the field is like. I know that it is a tech company that services music, but I've never seen a single creative job listed on their website nor entry level positions.

Hi,
I am senior in college graduating this December, and I have a couple of internships under my belt.
My dream company has been Spotify for a very long time. I have two big personal projects I have built that build on the Spotify software, and Spotify is definitely the service I use the most. I love finding new genres and exploring music.
I've applied for internship positions online every single year but could never hear back from them. I've also never met a single person who has worked at Spotify or met a person who knows someone else who works at Spotify, so I don't have anyone to ask for a referral. I applied online for the new grad position this time again, but is there any other way I can get noticed?
