Try opening the web player in a private/incognito window. Some shared or public networks (ex. schools/work/office) restrict access to certain services. You can contact those responsible for managing the network for more information.

October 20, 2024 - In case anyone also has the problem with web browser not loading on open.spotify.com after login, I found the solution: It has nothing to do with my Windows N Version (but if you do, make sure to install media pack). The problem was that I blocked the following URL: spclient.wg.spotify.com Apparently spotify web browser now relies on it, so if you block in your hosts file, pihole, firewall or whatever this is the reason your spotify web player is not loading.

September 16, 2025 - If you travel to another country or region, you can try to change the location and use a VPN to fix Spotify Web Player not working issue.
