Yes. Sqlbolt is what I recommend to people who don't know anything about sql in general. It has good explanations of things and starts off at the absolute most basic level. There are a ton of things it won't teach you though so once you get basic joins, grouping, ordering and filtering down you'll have to expand your searching to something else like codewars or leetcode. After you're comfortable there then it's time to slap everything together and make your own project.
