Square Enix account and Square Enix Online Store account not the same thing?
I'm currently on my phone right now so I can't show you the way to link the accounts, BUT if you're patient and feeling adventurous, do this:
Go to na.square-enix.com Log in Go to the very bottom of the page and click a link called "Account" On the next page, there should be a big red button that says something about linking accounts, click it.
This (hopefully) solved your question, as it links the accounts from secure.square-enix.com (for beta things) and na.square-enix.com (where you buy products. :)

Don't rely on email. I haven't gotten an email for my code yet but I just checked my account on the SE store and my code was there.
Edit: for reference, I finally got my email a good four hours after I originally made this comment.

Anyone has any experience with square online website? 10-20 products at max, stays very similar through out the year. Food Production industry.
Main reason I am leaning towards square online is because I plan to use Square POS for in store payments. Any help and input is appreciated. Thank you.

I sell stuff at conventions and use Square POS and have been happy with it. We have a website so use Square online for it. One positive is there is only the single transaction fee. If we were using PayHip or whatever we would pay the PayHip fee and then either the PayPal or Stripe fee. The downside is it might not have as much functionality as other services like Shopify. Also, there might be certain functions you have to pay extra for, or need a subscription for. But if you are already using Square POS you should be fine using it for your online.

Holy fucking shit the website is terrible! I've been with square as a POS system for over a year - it's great I was with shopify but it got too expensive to run my website through them. I wanted to integrate everything into a Square Website system - we had a few issues here and there but nothing we couldn't get around - but then it came to launch day - and fuck my life there are so many issues 1 - Discounts - We offered customers a discount code when they order online from us - it doesn't work - despite removing it and reinstating it over and over again 2 - Popup- when you enter the website there is meant to be a coupon that pops up to offer the same discount - it sporadically works and still the code doesn't work! 3 - % off - so you put your items into categories - and if you want to offer a discount you should be able to offer it on certain categories or items...Square allows it for certain items but for some reason it doesn't allow it for the whole category - it only allows the highest ticketed item to be discounted in that category - which is the dumbest shit I've seen! 4 - Deliveries - We have multiple locations and integrated squares delivery into our system .. When a customer places a delivery order we have no fucking clue where the item is being picked up from for delivery - until we get ot our POS on the day. Meaning if it's a custom order, we have no idea where to send the items to on the day. 5 - Time for pickup - I instated an option so that customers can choose what time they want to pick up their items - but the bug on their system doesn't allow it. All items are to be picked up at 9:15! so we get multiple calls asking about it It is a terrible system, and the customer service is fucking dog shit. The lady I'm talking to isn't reading me emails and keeps stating the same thing over and over again. I've never gone from loving a brand to hating it so fast! Do not choose square for a website - it is fucking terrible!
