Is this possible? It only gives me the option to deploy to SQL Server 2017 at the earliest. Is it possible to extend this list without downloading and installing and older version of Visual Studio and back porting my package? Thanks!

** I’m using Vs 2019 You can downgrade the project target version in the project properties. This usually works for me when deploying to older implementations of the SSIS service. Unless I’ve read the question wrong… Right click the project in solution explorer, click the configuration properties tab on the left hand side. Drop the ‘deployment target version’ field down and choose your desired deployment version. Be warned this will ‘downgrade’ your project so if you’ve used newer features they may no longer work.
