For context, my comment has to do with memory management. You may be thinking of the concept of a "stack," which refers to a collection of objects. These objects are pushed and popped from the stack similarly to how you add a plate to a — well — stack of plates. You "push" (or set) one on top, and then you "pop" (or take) whichever plate is the last one you put on the stack. You don't take from the middle or the beginning, only the end. To describe this concept with four words: last in, first out. This has several uses, especially in lower level programming, but you probably won't have to worry about it in Python unless your logic requires this behavior.
