How to contact Staples in English?
Unfortunately that’s the lassiez faire of customer service at Staples, even internally. Calling IT whenever a machine in copy center goes down is so much of a hassle cause the only response you’ll get is to turn it off and on, that it’s not even worth it to submit a ticket for it. If you’ve gotten your item/money, I’d say it’s best to wash your hands of this mess and move on. I know you have a lot of sentimentality with the company, trust me that’s why I sought out a job here, but nothing beats corporate greed and labor outsourcing. Why get someone coherent for pay when we can get 10 people from halfway across the world for peanuts. More on reddit.com

Hi, so I usually really love Staples, as I still get a childlike wonder around office products. But I just had a horrible experience with a $400 online order that I finally had to cancel due to issues with the delivery driver. I feel like I want to work it out, but when I tried to call the customer service line to ask for the complaint desk, I got this lady who had an extremely low level of English fluency and did not mask her irritation that I was calling to complain. It's like, I just need to talk to somebody who works at Staples and who I share a language with, because otherwise I'm basically going to have a negative association with the company forever. Is there an email address or a phone number that handles this?
