Life of an Employee of Staples Canada
Hi, I totally agree with this, but given the fact that HB was just Introduced a while ago it is normal to have bugs, I see that IT are working their way through it and so far it is getting better. And easier to manipulate I just pray they figure sca super user view for it to be easier to handel

Wow, I'm happy(?) to see that someone else in the company is dealing with some of the same shit I am.
Admittedly, I was hired as tech sales, but I just find I'm constantly being shit on for not selling well, and at the same time never given any advice to improve. It's always problems with this company, never solutions, and the relationship is completely take-take-take.
Hell, I did a 5 minute fix for a customer today. Absolutely dead simple just made a stupid typo type problem.
I was told I should've taken it in for our $80.00 diagnostic. I understand I'm hired to do good by Otis, but that's just obscene. I intend to start doing it though, let's see how our tech likes explaining someone paid $80 because of a small, small mistake, and it's non-refundable.
Ugggh. Honestly, it's the lack of support that kills me. Everyone has time to berate me or criticize me, but nobody finds the time to offer training or coaching. I'm always given "I'm too busy." "That'll have to wait." and I've never once been paid out for doing the epk's.
Sorry, but I read your situation and it seems a lot like what I'm encountering, with some minor details changed.

I am a Canadian customer and currently order quite a bit from staples eway.
This is just a question out of curiosity, what is the difference between eway, staples professional, staples preferred, and staples buisnes advantage.
