Staples Inc.

So not sure if it's just a delay, but dropped it off at a Staples store.

I got a printout stating I dropped it off and the time.

This was a return, so label was provided by mercari.

My issue is tracking has not updated and still shows label created.

It looks like it was physically scanned, as I did get a print out with tracking number.

Anyone who uses staples to drop off, is this normal?

Not sure if initial scan is done by ups themselves when it's picked up.

I remember dropping amazon returns and it being almost instant to update tracking.

where is it? how do i track my order? i just received an email saying its shipped but it has no tracking number. usually online retailers would link a tracking number to track where and when the package is coming...

how do y’all deal with those people on the phone? i genuinely want to just hang up on them as soon as i hear them ask the dreaded question of if i can check if their order came in. what should i say? how to we deter these customers from calling and asking dumb questions which take us away from doing our job.

i’m referring to when orders come into flight deck. not if they are delivered to the store.
