Heyo, I just did something that may help!! The recent update that I got for Starbucks was the 6.65 as of 2/5/2024. I was tinkering around the settings for the Starbucks app, and decided to: Double Check my VPN was off Turn off Cellular Data and only use the WiFi at my house And then when the login in screen essentially says “Connection failure, try to connect to WiFi or cellular data” that’s when you just let it fully connect SOLELY to the WiFi. Logged my information in, and BAM! It worked. After a week and a half of struggling with this thing, this was the only thing that’s worked. I haven’t tried having the app solely connect to just my cellular data and then disconnecting it from the WiFi, but I’m not gonna chance messing it up again. For now, just make sure that the cellular data button under your Starbucks app in Settings is turned OFF. Trust me, when I say that tech support won’t know or be helpful by phone or email, and that this is the only thing that I’ve done differently that actually had me logged into my account and not just saying “Sign in Unsuccessful” or “One of the usernames or password is incorrect”. I have a similar issue. Was logged out of the app & couldn’t get back in so reset my pwd but haven’t been able to login again since then. Reset pwd multiple times on laptop and phone but can’t log in on any of my devices. Always get a login failed (and wrong email/pwd on laptop browser). Support escalated this as well, waiting for a reply from them.

I got it to work by entering "Starbucks" where it asks for the Company ID! This got me back into partner central, for anybody that comes across this issue. More on reddit.com
