September 23, 2023 - I've never had a refund request denied by steam no matter the playtime when theres been a reason. Definitely what has made me stick to PC in general ... Was able to get a refund on PlayStation, surprising I know! Just requested a refund and said it was a faulty product and had a lil chat with a support guy ...
