I have been attempting all day to find this quote and could use some help figuring it out. I really can't remember where I saw, read, or heard it.

In essence, this quote is essentially about how warriors/men need to hone both their minds and bodies. It also goes on to talk about society is doomed if smart men ignore their bodies while strong men ignore their minds.

I could be rambling but I think that's how it went. But honestly have not an inkling to where I read it, legit could've been a Reddit comment.
