Wife worked for structure hotline. They have 0 customer support. They had a sheet with 3 answers and those were the only 3 answers allowed. None of them was helping the customer or saying sorry. All claim are sent to a permadelete mailbox.

Not sure if this is related but I'm seeing lots of scams on marketplace for patio furniture. A whole set for like $200, and they offer free delivery but you gotta put a down payment. The seller accounts have no ratings, no history, the photos are the same on different listings. I saw one where the backyard was massive, like an acre, but the posting said downtown Toronto.
