What was your experience like purchasing furniture from a Structube Edmonton location? How were they in resolving issues?
There is a sofa I want to buy from them, but the negative reviews of how they handle damaged or defective items is concerning, especially if issues arise outside of the 7 day return window. If I could find a similar style Canadian made elsewhere I would pay up for that, but haven't come across one.
We are thinking about buying a sectional from Structube. I'm wondering if anyone had bought from them and how well the furniture held up?
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from Structube — my experience has been terrible. Their reviews are honestly not worth trusting because they don’t seem to let negative ones through. Everything looks great online, but the quality is super hit-or-miss once you actually get the furniture.
The 7-day return policy is basically useless. By the time you build the item, notice issues, and try to deal with customer service, the window is already gone. And customer service… is just terib . Getting anyone to actually help or take responsibility is a nightmare.
Really regret dropping a couple grand there on chairs ( Eva ) and a bed (Ravel). If you’re on the fence, I’d say be careful — my experience has been nothing but hassle. If I could go back, Id shop somewhere else
Is it worth paying for the same dining table for solid wood at Structube at 50% less price than the Perfect Furniture Store?
Is the quality for a lot of their furniture pretty good? I can’t afford Pottery or Renovation Hardware for sofas or chairs, not even close.
I saw some 700-1400 couches online from Structube and they look very nice. Is it worth it or will it break down in a year or 2?
Is there something wrong with their furniture? Or people just don't like it anymore? Bored of it? I know they aren't the best quality. But for my budget that's what I can afford. But then I saw so many people selling their Structube furniture and now i am concerned what could be the reason?
