Subclinical Hypothyroidism
I have Hashitmotos! I would make sure to get a full thyroid panel to see what your T3 and free T4 are also doing. It's better to have a TSH <2.5 when TTC from literature (I'm an NP). You can see my post history for where I was with my TSH (it was not in range). Or message me :) Also, babybumps is a good sub for this question. I know dealing with this is stressful during TTC.

Hypothyroidism and Pregnancy?
Hypothyroidism Diagnosed in Late 3rd Trimester
My doctor just did some follow up tests for my thyroid. They said my numbers were slightly elevated, but not enough for concern yet.
Has your doc been monitoring your numbers? Or was this the first time you were tested?
I asked mine about what the implications were, and she didn't seen too concerned. Said they'll keep monitoring for now, and if it gets to high, they'll put me on meds.
My TSH levels were at 2.7
I would ask your doctor about any concerns you have. At 37 weeks, I feel like if there was any real danger to baby, they would have gone ahead and delivered you.

I had sub clinical Hypothyroidism (at least i did when i started treatment) and then they found that i had PCOS to boot. but all the endo's i have seen haven't cared that its "with in " acceptable limits they have said that a young woman ttc should have her TSH around 1, and if its not then they are willing to work with you to get it there. also it should be noted that you shouldn't ttc till it's near one because the baby needs thyroid from you , and they will have to up your dose when you get pregnant. A regular dr will not treat you for Low or High TSH, that is still with in the range , you need to see a specialist.
