Any 45ft waterproof LED strip out there?

This is the kit I'm trying to build myself. The kit costs $399 and I think I can build something similar for around $50 I'm looking at $100 which includes a spendy deep cycle battery
I have not bought anything yet.
These are the lights I have in mind. I like the sound activated feature. I am not going to rely on the waterproof rating of these, and will instead install these into some sort of silicone tubing. But I like the idea that the "waterproof" LED strips have a little more structural protection to them because of the layer of silicone over the top of the strip.
I was thinking of running the LED strip through this tubing Perhaps the waterproof LED strip will be too thick for this tubing. Do you think I should get non-waterproof strips and use these tubes, or get the waterproof strips and use a thicker tubing. The other option would be the round clear hose I can buy in bulk at a hardware store.
The other detail I haven't figured out is a power supply. I am thinking of putting a 12v battery in a waterproof box. But every compact 12v power supply I have found doesn't seem to provide enough current (amps)
Am I correct that these LED strips can draw up to 6 amps? I wouldn't be opposed to strapping a small deep cycle battery in a watertight box if it doesn't weight too much (less than 10 pounds perhaps). I'd like to get an hour or two of usage without draining the battery so much that it hurts the lifespan of the battery. I've seen 12v lithium ion battery packs online everywhere that range from 3000mah-6800mah but am not convinced they provide enough current, even though they claim to be used for LED lighting. Anyone have any experience with those? They are all over the internet.
